RBSCRP implemented Bomgar’s appliance-based remote support for its flexible licensing and strong security (behind-the-firewall deployment and two-factor authentication). The tool lets five support reps remotely manage hundreds of sites 24/7, cutting common configuration tasks from 40+ minutes to under 20, rapidly resolving time-sensitive issues across islands, improving customer satisfaction and protecting the company’s word-of-mouth reputation.
