Horizon Beverage needed a safer, more controlled way to give third‑party vendors access to its internal network. Until recently the company relied on RDP and VPN (and later Bomgar Remote Support licenses) which granted broad access; as vendor access needs matured, the support team required a purpose‑built solution to broker privileged connections and provide auditing and oversight.
Horizon’s tech support manager implemented Bomgar Privileged Access Management to give vendors time‑limited, privileged access without VPNs or consuming remote support licenses, with comprehensive audit trails, session video, email timestamps and the ability for vendors to invite peers into sessions. The result was a seamless rollout that streamlined secure access and made it easier to manage vendors and internal support teams separately while improving security, productivity and collaboration.
