Chili Security is a Danish tech support provider founded in 2014 that delivers subscription-based, on-demand help for consumers and small businesses and now serves over 100,000 customers. As its customer base rapidly grew, the company found its previous remote-support tool (TeamViewer) lacked scalability, was slow, required manual session steps and raised security concerns, limiting technicians’ productivity and training capabilities.
Chili Security implemented Bomgar Cloud for Remote Support to gain secure session recording, one‑click Canned Scripts, fast file transfer/screen sharing and a customer “Bomgar Button.” The change cut routine process time from as much as 25 minutes to under 3, improved training via detailed audit trails, enabled each technician to handle many more jobs and reduced labor needs—Chili estimates it would have needed four times the staff without Bomgar.
