The customer, ShelterPoint Life Insurance Company, faced the challenge of simplifying the insurance claim process for its users. They partnered with vendor Beyond Key to develop a mobile application that would make it easy for users to file claims without hassles.

Beyond Key implemented a solution using Web API and Xamarin to create an Android and iOS app. This app allows users to fill in claim forms, track missing information or errors, and monitor their claim status. The solution included features for camera use and file downloading from the cloud. As a result, claims are now easily submitted and verified by employers, streamlining the entire process for ShelterPoint Life Insurance.
