A US-based computer manufacturer, the world's largest integrated quantum computing company, faced significant challenges in fostering internal collaboration and managing information. Their HR and management teams needed a centralized, dynamic intranet portal to serve as a common repository and create separate department workspaces, while also seeking to automate their manual meeting room booking process. They engaged Beyond Intranet to address these needs.

Beyond Intranet developed a modern SharePoint intranet portal using custom web parts and SPFx, creating a centralized hub with department-specific sites and a streamlined content management system. They also built a PowerApps application to automate and embed conference room booking directly into the portal.
