How our HR-Directory 365 Helped A Japanese Manufacturing Conglomerate manage and access large data thus saving massive time

The customer, a Japanese multinational company, faced significant challenges with its existing HR directory, which struggled with slow load times due to massive data volumes. The process of excluding inactive user accounts and filtering the directory by employee location was difficult and time-consuming for the organization and its 3,000 global users. To address this, they turned to vendor Beyond Intranet and its HR-Directory 365 product.

Beyond Intranet implemented its HR-Directory 365 solution, built on the SharePoint Framework. The solution included customized settings to easily exclude accounts and a global filter to automatically restrict data views based on a user's location. By creating 29 individual SharePoint sites under a single tenant, the update process was also streamlined. The results were immediate: the client could now manage accounts with a few clicks, control data access by location, and, most importantly, save a massive amount of time when handling their large datasets.
