A Bevy Case Study
Asana launched Asana Together to connect experts and customers through a three‑pronged community program—Asana Forum Champions, Asana Certified Pros, and Asana Ambassadors—but needed tooling to support those initiatives. They partnered with Bevy to power the program using a whitelabeled, branded community platform (including Bevy’s new Virtual event type) to host Asana‑led, community‑led, and internal events.
Bevy’s platform enabled rapid virtual transition and centralized management of registration and check‑ins, helping Asana scale its community globally. The result: 1,000+ Asana Together members, 70 chapters across 30+ countries, and a steady event cadence (235 events in 2019, 289 in the last 12 months, 144 so far in 2020), producing an engaged expert community of ambassadors and advocates.
