Waal, a construction- and supply-chain focused company, struggled with a slow, error-prone and inflexible issue-reporting process built on Microsoft Navision. Seeking a more customer-friendly, agile solution, Waal engaged Betty Blocks and its low-code platform to replace the manual workflow and give the business direct control over app development.

Using the Betty Blocks platform and training from Betty Blocks, Waal released a first working version in 3 days and trained two employees as Betty Blocks engineers (training completed in about 5 days), enabling the team to fully self-build and iterate the portal. The result was a transparent, faster and more accurate workflow, development time reduced by months, available budget roughly halved, and ongoing in-house ability to expand and adapt the application.
