HvA Automates Data Collection for Internship Program to Save Hundreds of Hours for Educators

Hogeschool van Amsterdam, also known as the University of Applied Science Amsterdam, needed a better way to manage internship programs as it grew to more than 50,000 students. Its educators were spending hundreds of hours on manual email follow-ups, assignment collection, and mentor updates, so the school turned to Betty Blocks for a mobile accessible Relationship Management application.

Betty Blocks built a system that centralized data for students, companies, teachers, and assignments and made documents accessible from anywhere. The project was completed in 7 weeks and included a working prototype within 3 days, helping HvA automate data management for all internship programs, optimize hundreds of hours of manual work, and give educators real-time insight into student progress.
