Actief Werkt! is a Belgian employment agency connecting flexible workers to jobs in logistics, manufacturing and cleaning. Their existing client portal Flex@lly was no longer aligned with the company’s direction and rising order volumes overwhelmed the platform, so Actief Werkt! engaged the Betty Blocks rapid application development no‑code platform to build a new responsive web and native mobile client and flex worker portal called Mijn Actief.

Using Betty Blocks (implemented by partner EsperantoXL), the Mijn Actief portals were delivered in 2.5 months (200 development hours, 524 building blocks) by integrating legacy systems into a single secure back office and enabling multi‑device access and no‑code upgrades. The result: over 10,000 unique users, a notable drop in incoming phone calls, higher customer satisfaction thanks to push notifications and self‑service features, and the ability for Actief Werkt! staff to manage and fix the application directly on the Betty Blocks platform.
