Grupo El Ángel (GEA) is a 28‑year‑old funeral services provider in Mexico with 200+ employees and four business units, consistently ranked among Mexico’s 100 Best Places to Work. GEA needed rapid adoption of BetterWorks and OKRs to boost organizational alignment, increase transparency and recognition (especially for under‑seen departments like HR and IT), and drive consistent employee engagement across the company.
