Global Hotel Chain’s technology management division wanted to boost employee engagement and improve goal-setting after relying on a static scorecard that didn’t connect individual work to business value. With a remote workforce and frequent shifts in priorities, the team needed a more agile performance management approach, and Betterworks Goals & Conversations was used to support that shift.
Betterworks implemented a flexible goal-setting process and structured manager-employee conversations through its Conversations module, which quickly became a core part of quarterly check-ins. The result was very high conversation completion rates, weekly progress tracking, stronger team alignment, and significant growth in eNPS in 2022, while helping the division stay agile and nearly fully aligned in how employees and managers assessed performance.
