Compass builds coaching culture and community with 1:1 coaching

Compass Group, a global foodservice and support services provider, needed a way to strengthen its community values and build a stronger culture of coaching and feedback across a largely front-line workforce. To support leaders more effectively, Compass Group partnered with BetterUp and used 1:1 Dedicated Coaching and Specialist Network coaching to provide personalized development.

With BetterUp, Compass Group expanded coaching first to senior leaders and then to mid-level managers, helping them manage stress, build resilience, and lead more effectively during uncertainty. The program produced measurable gains, including a 21% increase in Engagement, a 17% increase in Alignment, and growth in Coaching capabilities, helping Compass build a more sustainable, relationship-based culture.
