Coaching boosts creativity and career growth at FCB

FCB, the Chicago-based 700-person advertising agency, wanted to strengthen creativity, support high-potential and diverse talent, and help employees grow while reducing burnout and improving balance. To do that, FCB partnered with BetterUp and used 1:1 Dedicated Coaching and Specialty Coaching to support career development and whole-person growth.

BetterUp rolled out 1:1 and group coaching to 200+ employees, including through FCB’s Intentional Inclusion program, helping employees build leadership and inclusion skills. The results included a 34% increase in stress management, a 27% improvement in focus and prioritization, a 16% gain in critical problem-solving, and a 14% increase in belonging; nearly 80% of members rated their BetterUp experience as “Amazing” or “Life-changing.”
