BetterUp delivered a targeted coaching program for sales managers (100 coached vs. 58 uncoached), and coached teams achieved an 11% lift in goal attainment versus a 13% decline for uncoached teams—translating to $10M in additional bookings. Coached managers also drove a 20% increase in opportunity value (about $4.5M more opportunity per team) and a 60% increase in the share of reps meeting quota, alongside measurable gains in focus (+24%), coaching culture (+22%), strategic planning (+16%) and personal thriving (+10%). BetterUp’s 1,200 sessions were rated 100% valuable and generated insights 98% of the time.
