WebinarNinja, an all‑in‑one webinar platform headquartered in Sydney, built NinjaTown to keep a close connection with customers, provide peer networking, and speed up support. To create a private, brand‑led community with seamless access and structured content, WebinarNinja selected Bettermode’s community platform to enable SSO authentication, Spaces/Collections, video embedding, and gamified engagement.

Bettermode implemented SSO, Spaces and Collections for organization, the Customizer and YouTube embedding for rich content, and a Leaderboard to reward participation. Within three months NinjaTown grew to more than 500 members and has driven higher customer satisfaction and improved retention, while analytics and faster community response times helped WebinarNinja better tailor support and content.
