Empowering Customers and Nurturing Relationships with a Community-powered Content Hub

Octorate, a Rome-based cloud property management platform serving hotels, vacation rentals and Airbnbs, needed to strengthen customer relationships and deliver scalable support during and after the COVID-19 disruption. To build a centralized, private knowledge hub and enable customers to help one another, Octorate partnered with Bettermode to deploy a community-powered content hub for customers.

Bettermode implemented a private, SSO-enabled community with topic tagging, language-based groups, article post types, webinars/video tutorials, multilingual support and integrations (Intercom, Zapier) plus search integration inside the Octorate product. Launched quickly using out-of-the-box features, the Bettermode community now has nearly 2,500 members with over 50% active participation, boosting self-service, support efficiency, customer insights and retention while helping Octorate scale customer education and advocacy.
