ConvertKit, the creator-focused email marketing platform founded in 2013, wanted to build a community where customers could get answers, share best practices, and support one another. Using Bettermode’s community platform, including SSO and community structuring tools, ConvertKit set out to create a user-friendly space for creators driven by creators.
Bettermode helped ConvertKit launch a free, SSO-enabled community organized around Topics, Groups, and a Help Forum, with Q&A, discussions, articles, and gamification features like Leaderboard and Reputation. Within 12 months, the community grew to more than 44,000 creators and generated nearly 7,000 answers, helping ConvertKit turn its community into a valuable support, education, and engagement channel.
