Condo Control, a Toronto-based SaaS for property managers and condo boards, needed a private, branded community to help global customers configure its highly customizable platform, centralize training and resources, and enable peer support with one-click login. To meet those goals they chose Bettermode’s community platform and set out to build an SSO-enabled, always-on hub organized with Spaces, Collections and Customizer Blocks.
Using Bettermode, Condo Control integrated community access via SSO, embedded training videos, and created structured Spaces (including Feedback and Feature Requests) so customers and staff could share knowledge. Within two months the community showed 24/7 global engagement, with customers regularly answering one another’s questions and a persistent, searchable record of discussions—reducing reliance on support and accelerating customer self-service.
