Building a Global Community of Coaches and Fostering a Support System

CoachHub, a talent development platform founded in 2018, needed a way to bring its 3,500+ coaches together in one central, private space. Many coaches felt isolated and lacked a support system, so the team wanted a simple, easy-to-navigate community where members could network, share resources, and build stronger connections. CoachHub chose Bettermode for its ease of use and its ability to meet nearly all of the coaches’ wishlist, including data residency in Europe to support GDPR requirements.

Using Bettermode, CoachHub built a customized community with Spaces, Reports and analytics, Collections, and custom content tools to organize discussions, events, polls, and resources. The result was a highly active, returning member base and happier coaches who benefited from community interactions. CoachHub also saw an uphill trend in sign-ups and is tracking long-term impact metrics such as growth, stickiness, churn, business impact, and NPS.
