Fig & Olive Restaurants Rely on BetterCloud IT Solutions

Fig & Olive, a growing restaurant group founded in New York in 2005 with locations on both coasts, migrated to G Suite to improve affordability and archiving. After initial domain tools (Network Solutions and then Domain Management Studio) proved buggy and limited, the IT director needed a more reliable way to manage users, groups and especially to administer the domain remotely during emergencies like Hurricane Sandy.

They installed BetterCloud Enterprise, which provided stronger domain administration, group management, asset visibility and reporting. Most importantly, the auto-reply tool allowed the IT director to set responses remotely when locations were closed during the storm. The result was much easier day-to-day administration for an “IT team of one,” improved visibility into Drive usage, and a tool the team now calls essential.
