Kudu, a prominent fast-food chain with over 300 locations in Saudi Arabia, faced a significant challenge due to its huge collective energy footprint. As the chain expanded, it lacked visibility into energy usage across its many sites, leading to high bills and an inability to monitor or optimize operations. To address this, Kudu collaborated with vendor Best.Energy Partner, IoTech, to implement a solution using their Eniscope energy management system.

Best.Energy's IoTech team deployed Eniscope technology across the QSR sites to gather live data and identify energy patterns and wastage. The seamless installation provided real-time visibility into equipment usage. As a result, Kudu achieved average energy savings of 15% to 20% across its active sites, supporting its operational efficiency and broader sustainability objectives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
