Shell Oil, a major natural gas and oil producer, contacted Best Corporate Events seeking a team building activity in Houston. Their challenge was to execute a large-scale Bike Build Donation® event for their "Day of Giving," with the specific request that the focus be solely on building bicycles for charity and not on traditional team building exercises. The event was also to be held simultaneously at two separate locations in the city.

Best Corporate Events designed a seamless solution, setting up stations at both venues to facilitate the simultaneous building of bikes. Over three consecutive years, the program was successfully executed and scaled up. The measurable result was the donation of 1,800 bicycles in total to the City of Houston Fire Department, with 500 built in the first year, 500 in the second, and 1,000 in the third. Best Corporate Events successfully managed logistical challenges, including a significant delivery scheduling issue for the final event, ensuring its success and solidifying a lasting partnership.
