ODL, Inc., a worldwide manufacturer of door glass and glass frames, was experiencing problems with spotting and residue during its glass washing process at its Zeeland, MI facility. As a leader in its industry, product quality is paramount, and all windows must ship in perfect condition. Besco Commercial was engaged to address this challenge.

Besco Commercial analyzed the issue and devised a solution using an ultra-pure water system for the rinsing process. To fit the required equipment into the small footprint, Besco recommended and constructed a mezzanine to hold a permeate storage tank. The system was successfully installed, resulting in a dramatic increase in the look and quality of ODL's product.
