AIB selected beqom’s Total Compensation running on Microsoft Azure, building 15 interfaces and using Azure services (Virtual Network Gateways, Traffic Manager, Redis Cache, Cloud Services, and Storage) to integrate systems securely and quickly. The solution gives managers a single console for salary and performance decisions, standardizes reward matrices, automates approval workflows, reduces manual work, improves compliance, lowers infrastructure costs, and increases ROI—providing a flexible platform to support cultural and operational transformation.
