Palm Creek Golf & RV Resort, a Sun Communities 55+ community in Casa Grande, Arizona, needed a more capable point-of-sale to handle its diverse on-site operations—golf, dining, activities, and retail. Their previous POS worked for basic retail but was too limited, so Palm Creek implemented Bepoz’s Point-of-Sale system to consolidate and modernize transactions across the resort.

Bepoz now runs 11 tills across multiple departments (activities, bistro, pool bar, mailroom, and the pro shop), linking orders to kitchen printers, managing ticket sales (300–400 tickets for popular shows), and tracking roughly 3,000 inventory line-items in the pro shop. The result is smoother workflow, better visibility into show sales and inventory, easier maintenance, and a scalable solution that Bepoz has extended to more than 60 Sun Communities properties since 2014.
