Martin County School District, a public school system with 23 schools and 2,500+ employees, was struggling to scale benefits administration as hires and terminations happened year-round and open enrollment required nearly 2,000 employees to make or update elections. Bentek implemented its all-in-one benefits platform — using tools such as Benchek®, Adminsights® and the Personnel Import — to provide digital open enrollment, automated auditing, custom dashboards and streamlined new-hire processing. As a result, Martin County achieved 85% active enrollment, reduced auditing time to about 5 minutes, and cut personnel import time to 2–3 minutes, saving staff time and reducing errors.
