The Ministry of Interior of France required a state-of-the-art training facility to provide realistic emergency simulation training for civil protection pilots. The challenge was to create an environment with multiple, seamlessly connected, high-resolution displays to accurately replicate the view from an aircraft during catastrophe scenarios, all managed from a central, remote location. To solve this, they partnered with vendor BenQ.

BenQ provided an all-in-one solution including 4K smart signage, short-throw projectors, interactive flat panels, and eye-care monitors. This setup delivered the vivid, real-to-life image quality required for effective training and was complemented by centralized management software and annotation tools. As a result, the Ministry was highly satisfied, with the facility becoming the first of its kind and a model the French government plans to showcase to standardize training for other global security centers.
