The customer, Ryan Design International, a homebuilder marketing firm, faced a challenge for their real estate showroom clients: high visitor traffic did not convert into sales, and the reliance on expensive printed materials led to significant costs and a lack of engaging, modern presentation capabilities. BenQ provided a solution using their IL460 interactive signage and PL460 super narrow bezel displays.

BenQ's solution allowed visitors to interactively browse home plans on the IL460 displays and featured large, immersive videowalls made from the PL460 units for dynamic presentations.
