The customer, a major telecommunications company in Slovakia, needed to replace its complicated and expensive signage with an affordable digital solution to better engage customers in its retail shops. The company O2 required a system with a better user interface and remote management tools to dynamically display promotions and corporate content. The vendor BenQ provided its solution to address this challenge.

BenQ implemented its ST550K smart signage displays powered by X-Sign Content Management Software and Multiple Display Administrator (MDA) tools. This allowed O2 administrators to easily create, schedule, and remotely manage content across all locations. The results were so positive that O2 placed multiple orders, eventually installing units across 43 retail stores and its flagship and call center locations. The solution enabled O2 to unify its brand messaging, influence buyer behavior in real-time, and reduce energy costs through remote management, further solidifying its market dominance.
