Hilton Hotel Glasgow immerses guests into spectacular scenes with LU930 BenQ projectors

The Hilton Hotel Glasgow, an iconic landmark and home to Scotland's busiest ballroom, sought to completely transform its ballroom into a fully immersive digital canvas during its 2020 refurbishment. Their ambitious vision was challenged by an initial quote from another manufacturer that was astronomically high, threatening to scuttle the entire project due to the unfeasible expense. They turned to BenQ and its LU930 projectors for a solution.

BenQ implemented a solution using nineteen ceiling-mounted LU930 laser projectors, which were aligned and blended to illuminate every inch of the 944sqm ballroom's walls. This created a vibrant, immersive experience for guests with high-quality imagery, true deep blacks, and rich colors.
