Dolby Laboratories, a global company with about 2,000 employees across 25 offices, needed a way to better engage staff in community giving and volunteering and to make more strategic, data-driven decisions about program design and communications. They chose Benevity’s all-in-one giving and volunteering platform and reporting tools to centralize matching gifts, volunteer opportunities, and communications for their Dolby Cares program.
Benevity implemented the platform with hands-on support and a dedicated relationship manager, consolidating access for employees and adding robust reporting. As a result, Dolby saw a tenfold jump in use of their data to inform campaigns, strong positive employee feedback (described as “mind-blowing” for its accessibility), and improved ability to grow and shape the Dolby Cares program—driving higher engagement across their global workforce.
