A Benevity Case Study
Q2, a provider of digital banking and lending solutions, wanted to change CSR software providers without losing the strong engagement rates it already had. The company was preparing for one of its biggest initiatives of the year, a campaign tied to its 19th birthday, while also looking for better reporting, improved customer support, greater efficiency for its social impact team, and an easier employee experience.
Q2 chose Benevity to support its social impact program, Q2 Spark, including donations and volunteering. To launch the new platform, each employee received $19 in their Benevity giving account, and the company promoted the campaign through newsletters, team competition, and in-person and virtual volunteering. The result was an 82% redemption rate of seeded funds, a 66% increase in volunteering, $41,079 in donations, 828 volunteer hours logged, first-time logins rising from 58% to 89% in one month, and an overall donation participation increase of 60 percentage points.
