Levi Strauss & Co. wanted to bake its "profits through principles" purpose into every part of the business—scaling employee engagement, volunteerism and customer giving programs worldwide. To do this it partnered with Benevity, using the Benevity platform to roll out and manage company-wide purpose initiatives.

Using the Benevity platform, Levi Strauss & Co. scaled programs to all 10,000 employees; global ambassadors created more than 120 volunteer opportunities that generated 4,000 volunteer shifts in 53 cities in one year, and shoppers can round up purchases to support causes. Benevity’s solution drove measurable engagement and community impact, helping Levi achieve top-ranked corporate giving and win recognition such as the Bestie Award.
