How Appfire creates local and global impact

Appfire, a leading global provider of software that enhances, extends and connects the world’s leading platforms, needed a way to unify new and existing team members, along with their families, customers and partners, around a shared mission of social impact. As the company grew, it wanted to create a common ground where people across geographies could contribute to the local and global causes they cared about most.

Working with Benevity, Appfire built a global CSR program from scratch in one year with donations, volunteering and reporting tools. Benevity’s worldwide giving, multilingual and multicurrency support, volunteering options and reporting helped Appfire launch Appfire Town and track its impact, resulting in a 76% program engagement rate, $566,000 in donations, 4,633 volunteer hours, 968 organizations impacted, 75% donation participation, and 90% Terms of Use acceptance, up from 5% and 20% respectively.
