The University of Texas System (UTS), a major public university network, faced the challenge of an outdated legacy benefits enrollment system that hindered innovation and was slated for decommissioning. To become a national model and improve member experience, UTS selected Benefitfocus and its Benefitplace solution to modernize its eligibility and enrollment processes.

Benefitfocus implemented a cloud-based platform, enabling UTS to configure separate instances for its 14 institutions and central offices.
