Their existing HCM benefits module lacked the functionality to enforce those policies or reach remote warehouse and driving staff, so they sought a more adaptable platform.

The solution gave 95% of field employees smartphone access to enroll, make changes and learn about benefits, increased flexibility to handle complex eligibility, improved engagement and benefits education, and expanded the capacity of the benefits team.
