Triumph Foods, a St. Joseph, Missouri–based exporter of premium pork products with 2,800+ employees, faced major HR strain from high early turnover and more than 1,000 new hires a year. Reliant on spreadsheets and paper, HR was overwhelmed by redundant manual processes and frequent errors, while a multilingual, largely inexperienced workforce (17 languages; 30% Hispanic, 51% Burmese) made consistent benefits communication especially difficult.

Triumph implemented SuccessFactors Employee Central alongside the BENEFITFOCUS® Marketplace and Communication Portal, creating a single-sign-on, integrated HR and benefits ecosystem. The integration eliminated duplicate data entry, automated payroll deductions, replaced paper with electronic onboarding, and delivered multilingual educational tools—resulting in seamless data exchange, reduced administrative workload, efficient onboarding, and improved employee benefits engagement.
