Brookdale implemented Benefitfocus Benefitplace and the Benefits Service Center to streamline administration, provide mobile-accessible, branded enrollment experiences, and deliver on-demand, personalized assistance. Weekly data exchanges with carriers automated enrollments, and the Service Center handled 21,000 calls during two open enrollment periods, resulting in improved accessibility, faster enrollment processing, and sustained associate engagement.
