Benefex developed a highly employee-centric strategy, featuring staff in videos and posters and training internal champions. The authentic, fun campaign led to significant savings: £27,000 for the company and £80,000 for employees. Successful engagement was confirmed as 100% of employees took part in at least one communication, 81% logged in during enrolment, and the scheme saw a 51% take-up rate.
