European-Based Multi-Specialty Chemical Company, a €11 billion enterprise with 27,000 employees across 58 countries, faced fragmented, Excel- and paper-based change management and EHS processes that limited real-time visibility, behavior-based safety observations, KPI analysis, and mobile/multilingual access. To modernize operations, the company engaged Benchmark Gensuite and deployed the Management of Change (MOC) application to standardize and digitize change requests and safety workflows.

Benchmark Gensuite implemented MOC alongside other Benchmark applications (Incident Management, Action Tracking System, Compliance Calendar, Inspection Tool, plus site-specific Waste Tracker, Training Tracker, and Safety Risk Assessment), enabling online submissions, automated reviews, dashboards and mobile/multilingual use. Within 10 months the company recorded 1,798 action items and 1,761 change requests, deployed MOC at 34 of 58 sites, and achieved closure on 100% of application performance goals, improving process speed, visibility and global consistency.
