Leading Food Retail and Distribution Company, a U.S.-based grocer and distributor with more than 300 locations, $16 billion in annual revenue and 70,000 employees, needed a centralized, behavior-based way to track employee safe and at‑risk behaviors across retail and warehouse sites, analyze KPIs, and strengthen safety culture.
