Enabling a Global Company to Drive & Track Site Implementation of EHS Program Elements

Global Industrial Company, a publicly held global industrial company headquartered in Europe with 250+ locations and 50,000 employees, needed a way to standardize and systematically implement EHS and Sustainability program elements across its global sites while providing company-wide visibility, prioritized rollouts, and data-driven risk identification. To meet this challenge it engaged Benchmark Gensuite and deployed the Benchmark Gensuite Framework Scorecard on its existing Benchmark Gensuite platform.

Benchmark Gensuite implemented the Framework Scorecard to assign, guide and track site-level program elements, standardize implementation with best-practice notes, and provide roll-ups and analytics for site, business and corporate management. The solution established a repeatable management template, enabled tracking of 50+ program elements across 250+ global sites, delivered discrete implementation data for oversight, and surfaced gaps for corrective action and year‑over‑year performance comparisons.
