Cummins Achieves Zero Electrical Incidents and Saves $8M with ANVL

Cummins, a Fortune 500 power technology company operating in 50+ countries and more than 400 locations, needed a better way to standardize safety practices and engage frontline workers. Paper-based Job Safety Assessments and Observations made it difficult to capture actionable data, close the loop between workers and supervisors, and identify risks in time.

Cummins worked with Benchmark Gensuite to deploy ANVL’s digital frontline safety platform, including AI-powered Mobilize, to digitize JSAs and JSOs, support multilingual use in 16 languages, and connect workers with supervisors in real time. The result was zero electrical safety incidents, a reduction from 26 recordable electrical safety incidents in 2022 to zero in 2023 and 2024, and more than $8M in savings in 2023 alone. Cummins also achieved 90% adoption across 350+ sites and four business units, with 750K+ digital JSAs completed yearly and over 135 million data points collected.
