Sodexo Increases Feedback Collection and Engagement with Students at Trinity Western University

Sodexo, managing food services at Trinity Western University across campuses in British Columbia and Ontario, needed a better way to collect student feedback. Their manual iPad-based, table-to-table surveys were producing low engagement, so they turned to Benbria’s Loop Experience Platform.

Benbria deployed Loop in the Book Store Cafe using a kiosk and QR codes to make feedback easy and convenient for students. The solution nearly doubled response rates, enabled real-time alerts for negative feedback, and gave Sodexo daily email digests and analytics to quickly resolve issues and report on performance.
