Sodexo Increases Feedback Collection and Engagement with Students at Trinity Western University

Sodexo, managing food services at Trinity Western University across campuses in British Columbia and Ontario, needed a better way to collect student feedback. Their manual iPad-based, table-to-table surveys were producing low engagement, so they turned to Benbria’s Loop Experience Platform.
