Sodexo, working at the Federal Reserve Bank food service locations in New York and New Jersey, needed a way to capture guest feedback in real time and report on it as part of its KPIs. The goal was to close the loop quickly on customer issues while maintaining a fast, efficient, guest-centric service experience across three busy locations.

Benbria implemented the Loop Experience Platform, deploying kiosks at key touchpoints to collect in-the-moment feedback and allow Sodexo staff to act on issues immediately.
