A Benbria Case Study
Ottawa Community Housing Corporation, one of the largest social housing providers in Canada, needed a better way to collect and manage tenant feedback across four offices while staying aligned with its core values of Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. To replace a manual survey process, the organization turned to Benbria and its Loop Experience Platform to digitize feedback collection.
Benbria deployed Loop in September 2020 with kiosks in each office, then added survey links in automated tenant emails to keep feedback flowing during the pandemic. Ottawa Community Housing also used Benbria scoreboards to display results in lobbies, increasing transparency and encouraging more feedback while helping frontline staff respond to issues faster.
