Kinetic Italy, the global leader in outdoor advertising, faced a widespread compliance challenge: with more than 100,000 billboards in Italy and posters changing bi-weekly, verifying that the correct adverts were displayed at scale was prohibitively costly and slow. To solve this, Kinetic Italy partnered with BeMyEye to run systematic OOH billboard compliance checks using BeMyEye’s on‑demand crowd of 500,000 “Eyes” and its app-based verification service (geo‑location, photographic evidence and QA‑verified submissions).
BeMyEye delivered rapid, low‑cost visits and real‑time reporting via a dedicated dashboard (augmented with ItoB mapping), completing 15 campaigns in six months and peaking at 9,000 billboard checks in three days. The audits revealed nearly 10% nationwide non‑compliance (regional rates: NW 8%, NE 10%, Central 6%, South 12%; peaks to 23%, lows to 5%; bus shelters 12%), enabling Kinetic Italy to target fixes locally, improve market credibility and offer granular, fast compliance assurance to clients.
