Tower Federal Credit Union, a large member-owned financial institution, faced a significant challenge with an overwhelming amount of paper-based procurement processes. Their Purchasing Supervisor, Kathi Weldon, needed a solution to manage orders for supplies for 300 employees more efficiently. To address this, they became a customer of Bellwether, implementing its BPM purchasing software along with the Inventory and Receiving modules.

By automating its processes with Bellwether, Tower Federal Credit Union realized substantial time savings and a major reduction in paper use. The software's invaluable reporting features, such as the PO status report, streamlined operations and provided greater maneuverability. While the Requisitions module had not yet been implemented at the time of the case study, the customer reported high satisfaction with Bellwether's product and its dedicated technical service, and they planned to implement more modules to achieve a complete end-to-end system.
