Jiminy Peak, Inc. is a four-season resort in the New England Berkshires and the region’s largest ski destination, offering winter sports and extensive summer activities. Rapid, planned growth and a complex purchasing environment — over $12M annual spend, seasonal peaks to 400–1,000 purchase orders per month, and more than 2,000 vendors supplying 20 departments — created a need for reliable, supported procurement software after their previous vendor went out of business.
